We had the great honor of attending the Comenius Award ceremony. The Society for Pedagogy, Information, and Media (GPI) awards the Comenius-EduMedia prize to educational media that stand out for their pedagogical, content-related, and design quality. Congratulations to the GPI on their 60th anniversary!
Our colleagues from Berlin and Frankfurt were present and were able to accept several awards on behalf of our team. We are overjoyed and proud to have been honored with multiple seals. These recognitions are a wonderful testament to the outstanding collaboration and commitment of our partner companies.
The absolute highlight of the event was winning the Comenius Medal in the category of Didactic Digital Media. This success is not only a sign of our hard work and dedication but also of the excellent cooperation with our partners.

Deka Future Banking – Blockchain
Deka Future Banking – Blockchain prepares the target audience for current innovations and forward-thinking developments in the financial sector. To achieve this, the futuristically designed learning application offers a variety of different learning media, such as expert videos and immersive web-based training. Learners are accompanied by the AI, I.O. Together with I.O., learners embark on a virtual learning journey, where they explore blockchain technology in an entertaining and playful way, thanks to the special game- and story-based design.
E-Learning Skilled Worker Migration
The course series supports the migration of healthcare professionals from abroad into the German labor market. In the episodic web-based training, foreign professionals learn about the German healthcare system and gain insights into intercultural topics. The course series stands out with story-driven navigation and an easy entry point for learners.
360° Virtual Tour of a Lock Structure
The web-based training offers aspiring hydraulic engineers the opportunity to conduct a virtual 360° tour of a lock structure. Building inspections are visual checks that are difficult to follow theoretically. They are mandatory for hydraulic engineers and an important part of their future professional work. The implemented virtual building inspection provides an immersive and realistic way to access a lock structure, anytime.
AI for All – Connectivity in the Age of AI
Discover our 12-minute training focused on 'AI for All'. It starts with an inviting introductory video that provides an overview of Artificial Intelligence. As the core of the WBT, learners experience an interactive sequence where they explore how Samsung AI could assist with everyday tasks. For example, select ingredients from your fridge that you're craving, and we'll provide you with the perfect recipe. Additionally, you’ll find other exciting content showcasing the innovative features of AI and explaining why these are so crucial to Samsung's vision.
Staufen Akademie
The eLearning provider Fischer, Knoblauch & Co and Staufen AG have jointly created the Staufen Academy, where both external customers can access all content via a public portal, as well as separate content that is exclusively accessible to internal employees. The existing nectar LMS was expanded to include a public page with booking functionality, for example. An interface also allows seamless integration of external learning content into the Staufen LMS and the mirroring of content into the systems of external clients. Users thus gain access to a wide range of resources. Additional focus was placed on user experience to optimize the platform's handling for both learners and administrators. As a result, all learners are provided with a personalized learning experience, and the administration is intuitively designed. With regard to the international scope of the platform, for example, the content can be displayed in different currencies. In this way, the LMS of the Staufen Academy meets all requirements and serves the needs of all end users.
